Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. To return an item:
- Log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” section.
- Select the item you wish to return and follow the instructions to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, we will email you a return label along with further instructions.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made on our part, such as sending the wrong or damaged item.
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not directly offer exchanges. If you need a different product, color, or size, please return the original item and place a new order. Once the return is processed, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
